Frowning Gaper

The Frowning Gaper is a Monster in The Binding of Isaac that is very common on The Basement and The Cellar Floor. It is stationary until it has a path to move towards Isaac, in which it will follow him, dealing contact damage. When it is close enough, it will open its eyes and run faster. On death, the Frowning Gaper can turn into a Pacer or Gusher.
